eGift cards are issued by Face Forward Regenerative Aesthetics and are redeemable only at Face Forward locations or through our official booking portal. eGift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and must be redeemed by that date. eGift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash (except where required by law). Expired eGift cards cannot be reactivated or replaced.
Clients must present their eGift card confirmation (digital or printed) at checkout. eGift cards must be redeemed by the original recipient; identity verification may be required. eGift cards cannot be used toward gratuity, medical consultation fees, or third-party financing programs (such as Cherry or CareCredit).
eGift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards, memberships, or promotional packages unless explicitly stated. If purchased through a promotion, bonus value must be used by the stated promotional expiration date. Promotional or complimentary gift cards hold no cash value and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Face Forward is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged eGift cards. Replacement may be considered only with proof of purchase and balance verification.
